Welcome to Ride Europe. By booking a riding package with Ride Europe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once a booking deposit has been received.
The person making the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of their party.
Ride Europe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where necessary.
2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified on your booking confirmation.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking, and any monies paid may be forfeited.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
All deposits and payments made to Ride Europe are non-refundable.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, injury, change of plans, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.
Ride Europe Cancellations
If Ride Europe cancels your riding package due to circumstances within our control, you will be offered either:
A full refund; or
The option to transfer your booking to another available date.
Weather
Motocross is an outdoor activity and weather conditions can affect riding.
If Ride Europe determines that riding cannot safely take place due to severe weather conditions, Ride Europe may, at its discretion:
Reschedule the riding package; or
Offer a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Ride Europe reserves the sole right to determine whether weather conditions make riding unsafe.
4. Ride at Your Own Risk
Motocross is an inherently dangerous motorsport.
By participating in any Ride Europe activity, you acknowledge and accept that:
You participate entirely at your own risk.
Riding motorcycles carries significant risks of injury, permanent disability, or death.
You voluntarily accept all risks associated with motocross riding.
Ride Europe cannot eliminate these risks.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit, medically able, and possess riding abilities appropriate for the package they have booked.
5. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ride Europe, its owners, employees, guides, instructors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Personal injury
Death
Loss of earnings
Damage to property
Theft
Accidents
Mechanical failures
Delays
Travel disruptions
Any indirect or consequential losses
arising from participation in any Ride Europe activities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
6. Safety Requirements
All participants must:
Wear appropriate safety equipment at all times.
Follow the instructions of Ride Europe staff and guides.
Ride responsibly and within their own ability.
Respect other riders and venue rules.
Ride Europe reserves the right to remove any participant from an activity without refund if they:
Ride dangerously;
Ignore safety instructions;
Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
Behave aggressively or recklessly.
7. Motorcycle Damage
Where motorcycles or equipment are supplied by Ride Europe, riders are expected to treat them responsibly.
Participants may be held responsible for damage resulting from reckless, negligent, or intentional misuse beyond normal wear and tear.
Any applicable damage charges will be communicated before riding.
8. Travel Insurance
All guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Medical treatment
Personal accident
Motorsport activities
Cancellation
Personal belongings
Repatriation
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their insurance policy covers motocross riding.
9. Health & Fitness
Participants confirm that:
They are physically capable of taking part.
They do not suffer from any medical condition that could endanger themselves or others.
They will inform Ride Europe of any relevant medical conditions before riding.
Ride Europe reserves the right to refuse participation where safety is a concern.
10. Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have:
Valid passports
Any required visas
Appropriate driving licences where applicable
Suitable travel insurance
Ride Europe accepts no responsibility for travel issues resulting from missing or invalid documentation.
11. Changes to Packages
Ride Europe may occasionally need to alter itineraries, accommodation, riding locations, schedules, instructors, motorcycles, or activities due to weather, safety, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
Where possible, suitable alternatives will be provided.
12. Photography & Media
Ride Europe may take photographs and videos during riding experiences.
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing before your trip, you grant Ride Europe permission to use these images and videos for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation.
13. Force Majeure
Ride Europe shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather
Natural disasters
Fire
Flood
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Civil unrest
Strikes
Transport disruptions
Venue closures
14. Website Information
While every effort is made to ensure information on this website is accurate, Ride Europe does not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is free from errors.
Ride Europe reserves the right to correct errors or update information at any time.
15. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, photographs, videos, graphics, and branding, remains the property of Ride Europe unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Ride Europe operates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Ride Europe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not proceed with your booking.
